Mark walks the home, crawlspace and attic to find where water is getting in and where mold is growing, then gives you a free estimate.
Mold Testing
Air, wall-cavity and surface samples are sent to an accredited lab to identify the type of mold and the spore concentration.
Mold Remediation and Crawlspace Encapsulation
Mold is removed and cleaned up with current techniques and products. In crawlspaces, a 6 to 12-mil vapor barrier goes down with taped seams and runs up the foundation walls.
Mold Prevention Services
Once the water intrusion is located, a long-term antimicrobial treatment is applied that prevents mold growth for up to 180 days.
